Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Order Processing
- We are committed to same-day dispatch on all qualifying orders. The following conditions apply: • Order Cut-off Time: 5:30 PM (EST). Orders placed before this time are processed and dispatched the same business day. • Handling Time: 0 business days. All orders are handed to the carrier on the same day they are placed, provided they meet the cut-off time. • Orders placed after 5:30 PM EST will be dispatched the following business day. • Operating Days: Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- For expedited or express shipping options, we prioritize your order to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Transit Times and Carriers
We partner with DHL and UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery to your door.
- Domestic (United States): Standard transit time is 3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International: Transit times vary depending on the destination country and the specific shipping method selected at checkout. Expedited options may be available for faster delivery.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout by our carrier partners. Rates are determined based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions. You pay exactly what the carrier charges — we do not add handling fees or markups. We do not currently offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping. Exact costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For all international orders, applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning all customs charges are settled upfront. You will not encounter any unexpected fees or customs delays upon delivery.
Please note that international shipping times may be subject to customs processing in the destination country, which is outside our control. We will always provide full tracking so you can stay informed throughout the journey.
