Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At BBL Pillows, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our refund and returns policy is here to help. Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your BBL Pillow must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags intact
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pillows that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Items purchased during a clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a wrong item different from what you ordered
  • The product is significantly different from its description on our website

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 working days. After inspection:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
  • You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once your refund is processed
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the mentioned timeframe:

  • First check your bank account or mobile wallet again
  • Contact your bank as there may be some processing time
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us immediately at support@bblpillows.com

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange your product, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.


Gifts

If you received a BBL Pillow as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with your order details. We will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used for your next purchase on our website.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first via WhatsApp or email to initiate the return process. Do not send items back without prior confirmation from our team.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or wrong
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns
  • BBL Pillows is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
