Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount code cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
If you received a BBL Pillow as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with your order details. We will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used for your next purchase on our website.
